1. What JobPilot Does

JobPilot is a job-application assistance service that helps users create profiles and generate or tailor CVs, cover letters and other application materials.

JobPilot is currently in pilot and may change as the service develops.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide to JobPilot and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.

You must not use JobPilot to impersonate another person, deliberately fabricate qualifications or experience, engage in unlawful activity, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access to its systems, or otherwise misuse the platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

JobPilot uses artificial intelligence, and generated content may contain mistakes, omissions or inappropriate suggestions.

You are responsible for reviewing application materials and confirming their accuracy before submitting or using them.

You may use application materials generated for you by JobPilot for your own job-search and employment purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

JobPilot aims to help users prepare stronger and more relevant applications, but we cannot guarantee interviews, responses, employment, ATS results or any other hiring outcome.

Hiring decisions remain entirely outside JobPilot's control.

5. Availability and Third-Party Services

JobPilot relies on third-party technology and service providers. We cannot guarantee that JobPilot will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

During the pilot, features may be added, changed, restricted or removed without notice.

6. Misuse and Access

We may restrict or terminate access to JobPilot where we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that may harm JobPilot, its users or its systems.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobPilot is not responsible for losses resulting from hiring decisions, unsuccessful applications, inaccurate information submitted by users, unreviewed AI-generated content, third-party services, or interruptions to the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as JobPilot develops. The latest version will be published on this page.

Continued use of JobPilot after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
